SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
he Caunty of Butte, State of California, shall. be and. it is hereby
Ironed as a "H-C" (Highway Commercial} District, and such area shall
Ilbe subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
upursuant to Butte _Caunty Cade Section 24-113.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
~Iarea of Butte County, east of Oroville, more particularly described
las follows:
That portion of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the. SiV
l/A- of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 3l, T20N RbE, MDBFM, and
the IV 1/2 of the NIV 1/ ~ of the SE l/4 of the NE 1/4
of said Section, located south and east of Lumpkin Raad.
Containing 10.0 acres more ar less, east of Oroville.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
(declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (~0)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting fox and against it in the Oxaville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Baard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 5th day of August,
