AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THB COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "A~-1" (LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under--and pursuant to Chaptex 24-29 of .the Butte County
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
,¢ SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
8 zoned as an "M-1" {Light Industrial) District, and such area shall,
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-114.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated

10 area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
11 follows-
12 Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and all of Lot 3 lying
easterly of Palermo Rd. in Block 2 as s~xown on that
13 certain map entitled Map of "Villa Verona", Butte
County, California, which map was recorded in the
14 office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,
State of California, Januaxy 17, 1889 on Wall Map
15 Number 12 .
16 Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 in Block 1 as shaven on that certain
map entitled Map of "Villa Verona", Butte County,
].7 California, which map was recorded in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
18 California, January l7, 1889 on Wall Map Number 12.
19 Containing 58,9 acres, more ar less, Oroville.
2p SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
21 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {30)
22 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
23 fifteen (15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
24 published once with the names of .the members of the Board of
23 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
28 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
