AN ORDINANCE ZONING PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAi,IFORNIA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the Gounty of Butte, State of~
California; under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the-Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shah. be and it is hereby
zoned as an "A-5" (Agricultural - 5 acre parcels) District, and
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-72.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte county, Paradise, more particularly described as
follows:
A portion of Sec. 35 T22N R3E MDB€M described as:
The W 1/2 of the W l/2, excepting therefrom the
westerly 388.32 ft. of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Sec. 35.
That portion of the W l/2 of the W l/2 of the NE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 35, located E of the centerline
of Clark Rd.
That portion of the NW ~./~ of the NW 1/~ of the SE
1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 35 located E of the Genter-
line of Clark Rd .
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the SV~T 1/4 of Sec. 35
located E of the centerline of Cl~.rk Rd., excepting -
thexefrom the easterly 705 ft.
That portion of the E 1/2 of the xF 1/2 0£ Sec. 35
located W of the centerline of Clark Rd.
SECTTON 2. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereb}
zoned as an "A-40" (Agricultural - 40 acre parcels) District, and
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses

end regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section Z4-81,

NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sac. 35.
That portion of the SE l/4 of the NW l/4 of Sec. 35
located E of the centerline of Clark Rd., excepting
therefrom that portion of the NW l/4 of the NW 1/4 of
the SE 1/4 of the NW l/~ of Sec. 35 located E of the
centerline of Clark Rd.
That portion of the NE l/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec.
35 located E of the centerline of Clark Rd.
The easterly 705 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Sec.
35.
All containing 440 acres, more or less, Paradise.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to. be in fu11 force and elf ect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of i.ts passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published ante with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Ridge Gazette
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
