ORDINANCE N0. 2133 AN ORDINANCE ZONING PORTION5~"OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 S 9 1Q 11 12 13 14 15 18 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 28 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State ofd California, under and pursuant to .Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "R-1" (Single-Family Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-132. Said area so zoned being locater~ in the unincorporated urea of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follaws~ Lots 4, 5, b, it and 12 of "Hobart Sub" per Map of Record in Map Book 4 on Page 24 of the Butte County Recorder. All of "Lindo Manor Sub. Unit No. 1" per map of record in map book 17 on Page 21 of the Butte County Retarder. All of "Lindo Manor Sub. Unit No. 2" per map of record in Map Book 19 on Page 5 of the Butte County Recorder.' All of "Lindo Manor Sub. Unit No. 3" per map of record in Map Book 22 on Pages 27 ~ Z8 of the Butte County Recorder. Excepting therefrom Lots 103 thxough 114 of said "Lindo Manor Sub. Unit No. 3". The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "RT-1" (Minimum Density Residential-Mobile Home) Dis- trict, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and re- stricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section X24-150. Said area so zoning being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, north Chico, more particularly described as follows: The northwesterly 330 f t. of the southeasterly 495 ft. of Lot 32 of "Hobart Subdivision" per map of record in Map Boak 4 on Page 24 of the Butte County Recardex.
