The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte-.County Code of said County DQ QR.I)A1N as follaws: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is hereby I,zoned as a "R-1" (Single-Family Residential} District, and such 7 ~~area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and S regulations pursuant to Butte County Gode Section 24-132. 9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated 1O~~area of Butte County, east of Oroville, mare particularly described I1 as follows: 12 Parcel 1: A portion of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 1 T19N, R4E, MDB~,M lying easterly of the following described 13 line: 14 Beginning at the W 1/4 corner of said Sec. 1; thence from said point of beginning and along the N line of 15 said S l/2 of Sec. 1 N 89° 48' 41" E 2580.94 ft. to a point; said point being the true point of beginning 16 for the herein described line. Also all that portion of Royal Oaks Drive lying east- erly of and adjacent to the above described area. Containing 16.2 acres, more or less, east of Oxoville. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (l5) days a£.ter its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
