The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under,.....and ...p.ussuant ~_to.. Chapter. 24-29 of the Butte Co_un_ty

Code of said County DD ORDAIN as follows
SECTION 1. -The hereinafter described area situated in
the Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "R-3" {Medium Density Residential.) District, and such
area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and
regulations pursuant to Butte Gounty Code Section 24-1.41.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as fa11o~,Ts
Lot 35 and the northwesterly 1/2 of Lot 36 of
"Hobart Subdivision" per map of record in Map Book
4 on Page 24 on file in the office of the Butte
County Recorder, excepting therefrom the following
four parcels:
1. The northerly Z25 ft. of Lot 35 of said "Hobart
Subdivision" excepting therefrom that property located
E of a Tine described as beginning at a point an the
N line of said Lot 35 located 90 ft. W of the north-
easterly corner of said Lot 35 thence southerly at a
r~.ght angle to the N line of said Lot 35, 225 ft. to
the end of the hexein described line.
2. The southwesterly 200 ft. of Lot 35 of said "Hobart
Subdivision" excepting therefrom the northerly 225 ft.
of said Lot 35 and also excepting the southeasterly
115.ft.
3. The southwesterly 309 ft. of the northwesterly 1.41
ft. of Lot. 36 of said "Hobart. Subdivision".
4. The southwesterly 418 ft. of the southeasterly 104
ft, of the northwesterly 330 ft. of Lot 36 of said
"Hobart Subdivision".
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

1 fifteen (l5) days after its passage, this ordinance shall be
