3 ode of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
~ he County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "TM-5" (Timber Mountain - 5 acre parcels} District, and
7 such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
S nd regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-174.

lp area of Butte County, north of Paradise, mare particularly describe

Containing 10.34 acres, more or less, north of Paradise.

15 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
16 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
17~~days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

18 ~~fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
19j~published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Past
a newspaper published in. the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte, State of California, on the 23rd day of Septemb
24 1980, by the following vote:
25 AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman
