AN .INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH" (AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL-MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State o~
California, under and; pursuant to Chapter 24-30 o t e utte~ ounty
Gode, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereb7
zoned as a "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) Distxict
for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall
be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Sec, 24-93.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincoxporated
area of Butte County, southeast of Oroville, more particularly
described as folln~as:
A portion of Lots 9 and lD of Subdivision No. 1
of the P: C. Drescher Tract, as shown on the Map
of said Subdivision according to the Official Map
thereof, filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Butte, State of California, on May
3, 1889 in Map Book 1 at page 23 and a portion of
Section 34, Tl9N R4E MDB~M, and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the SW cornex of Lot l0 of said
Subdivision Nv. 1 of the P. C. Drescher Tract;
thence S 89° 25' 30" W, a distance of 3D ft, to
the center of the present travelled roadway located
between Subdivision No. l and Subdivision No. 2 of
the P. C. Drescher Tract; thence N D° 43' W and
parallel to the easterly boundary line of Lot 18 of
said Subdivision Nv. 2, a~distance of 227.D ft. to
the point of beginning fox the parcel of land
described herein; thence from said point of beginning,
N D° 43' W a distance of 9S.S9 ft.;.thence N 0° D2'
54." W, 117.0 ft.; thence N 89° 25' 30" E, 1038.22 ft.;
thence S 11° 44' 24" W, 220.97 ft. to a point that
bears N 89° 25' 3D" E from the point of beginning;
thence S 89° 25' 30" W, 991.94 ft. to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect

1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 23rd day of September
1980 by the fallowing vote:
