AN ORDINANCE ZONING PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OP CALIFORNTA, PtTRSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under.and_pursuant to. Chapter 24-29 of t?ie But~c_Gounty
Code of said Co~rity DO ORDAIN as follo~~s .
¢ SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of $utte, State of California, shall be and i.t is hereby
g zoned as an "R-1" (Single Family Residential} District, and such
? axea shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and
g regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-132.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of $utte County,. Chico, mare particularly described as fal.lotiti>s;

Subdivision ~ being a portion of Sections 3 ~ 4,

parcel of land described in the deed from Narth~aestern
Title Company to William C. Wehner, recorded January
19, 196$ in-Back 1502 of Official Records, at Page 187.
Excepting from Parcel 2 above any portion, if any,
Lying wti~thin the bounds of the certain parcel of

et al, to GilberC Alm, et ux, recorded January I9,
1968 in Book 1502, of Official Records, at Page 1$9.
Containing 97.I6 acres, more or less, Southeast of Chico.
SECTTON 3: This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
I,decl,axed to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (3D)
I', days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
pub3.xs}red once ~~rith the. names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise
Record, a nejaspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
