This ordinance shall take effect on November 8, 1980 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
befiore the expiration of fifteen (i5) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
