The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,. D.O.ORDALN, as follo~rs:
Section 1 that Section No. 34 of Ordinance Na. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONEP~ - PATROL DIVISION 350-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
40 Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
43 _ Deputy Sheriff
thereby changing the total from 63 to 6E.
Section 2 that Section Na. 35 of Ordinance PJa. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER - INCARCERATION 350-003
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title

and adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
20 Jailer
thereby changing the total from 31 to 34.
Section 3 that Section EJo. 37 of Ordinance Na. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER - SERVICES DIVISION
350-005 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby changing the fatal from 10 to 13.
This ordinance shall take effect on November 8, 1980 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it
sha71 be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of Califarnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this ~pth day o-f September , 1980, by
the fo11owing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Wheeler, Mose7.ey and Chairman Lemke
