AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "FR-5" [FOOTHILL
RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2429.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California., ,under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29--of the Butte -County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION The hereinafter described area situated in
(the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
(zoned as an "FR-5" [Foothill Recreational - 5 acre parcels) Distric~,
d such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
8 ~~uses and .regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-112 [a)~ .
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
ZO area of Butte County, east of Oroviile, more particularly described
11 as follows
12 The E l/2 of the SE l/4 of the SW l/4 of Sec. 3l,
T20N, R6E, MDB~M, excepting therefrom the right-
1~ of -~+ray of Lumpkin Road.
14 Containing 19,91 acres, more or less, east of Oroville.
15 SECTION 2; Th2s Ordinance shall be-and it is hereby
18 declared to be in full force-and effect from and after thirty (30}
17 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
18 fifteen(15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be publish
19 ed once with the names of the members of the Boaxd of Supervisors
20 voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper
21 published. in the County of Butte, State of California.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte, State of California, on the 30th day of Sept
24 l9$a, by the fallowing vote:

26 NOES: Supervisor Dolan
