RESOZUT30N ACCEPTING OFFIIt OF DEDICATION
o~fiEREAS,. as shown on the map of the Tobecor Terrace Subdivision
dated October 20, 1960, and recorded in Map Book 25, pages ll and 12, i4s
the Records of the County of Butte, State of California, Thomas J. Corlfl.n
offered to dedicate to said County a right of way 15 feet in width and
approximately $$0 feet in length; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept said
offer of dedication;
NOW, THEREFOREy BE 3T RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that said offer of dedication be and
it is hereby accepted for and in behalf of said County and that a certified
copy of this resolution shall be forthwith recorded.,.
The foregoing resolution was introduced iaebruary ~ , 1961,
