AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TPZ-160" (TIMBER
PRESERVE) DISTRTGT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2~-29.

4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TPZ-160" (Timber Preserve) District, and such area shal
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
S pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-190.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
~~ follows:
12 The SW l/4 of Sec. 12, T20N, R6E, MDB~M.
13 Containing 160 acres, more or less, east of Oroville.
i4 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
z5 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
lg days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen {l S) days aftex its passage, this Ordinance shall be
~g published once with the names of the members of the Board of
~,g Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
20 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
