AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TM-10" {TIMBER
MOUNTAIN} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State'of
California, under and pursuant to Chap.t.er.24..-29, of th~;_Butte_Gounty
Code of said County D0 ORDAIN as fo~.l.ows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
6 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "TM-10" (Timber Mountain - l0 acre parcels) District, any
7 such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
8 and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-177.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as
II follows:
12 Parcels 2 and 3 of that parcel map retarded on Page
77 of Map Baok 63 in the office of the Butte County
13 Recorder.
14 Containing 119.42 acres, more or less, Forest Ranch.
15 SECTION 2. This O rdinance shall be and it is hereby
16 declared to be in full foxce and effect from and after thirty {30)
17 Ildays after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

18 fifteen {l5} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
13 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting fox and against it in the Chico Enterprise Re-
card, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
ICal ifornia .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
ICaunty of Butte, State of California, on the 7bh day of October
1980, by the following vote:
