The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under-and-pursuant to-Chapter. 24-30 of the Butte County;,
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is hexeb
zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural-Residential - Mobile Home) Distri~t,
for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall
~be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
follows
A portion of Lot 3, in Block 114 as shotian on Map
entitled, "Map of Palermo and Subdivisions 1 and 2,
with Addition to No. 1 of the Palermo Citxus Tract,
which Map was filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, State of California, September
17, T888, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a paint an the centerline intersection
of both the upper Palermo Road, also known as Citxus
Avenue and Wyandotte Avenue, said point being the SW
corner of Lat 3, Black 114, thence along the center-
line of said Citrus Avenue said line being the wester-
ly line of said Lot 3, N 34° 56' E 283»39 ft. to a
point; thence S SS° 04' E 30.00 ft. to a point on
the easterly boundary of Citrus Avenue; thence S 49°
S1' E 186.70 ft. to a paint; thence S 05° 02' T'~' 187.95
ft. to a point in the centerline of said Wyandotte
Avenue said Tine being the southerly line of said Lot
3, thence along the centerline of 1yandotte Avenue
and the southerly line of said Lot 3, N 67° S5' W a
distance of T17.51 ft. thence continuing along the last
mentioned line N 76° 43' Iti' 209.75 ft. to' the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and laefare the expiration of fifteen

the urgency an which this Ordinance is based are:
1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, an the '14th day of October
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Wheeler, Winston and Vice Chairman Mosel. Y
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chairman Zemke
