The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby ?oned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultuxal Residential _ Mobile Home) Distri~ Eor a period of one hundred twenty {120) days, and such area shall ~e subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Gode Soc. 24-93. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated rea of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as ollows: All that certain real property .situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: C01~~4ENCING at a point on the westerly extension of the southerly boundary line of Lot i0 of Subdivision No. 1 of the P. C. Drescher Tract, according to the Official Map thereof, filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Cal. ifornia, May 3, 1859, in Map Boole 1, Page 23, from which the southwest corner of said Lot bears N 89° 25' 30" E, a distance of 67.89 ft., said point also being the center of the present travelled roadway located between said Subdivision No. 1 and Subdivision No. 2, according to that certain D4ap entitled, "1~Iap of the Subdivision No. 1 and 2 of the P. C. Drescher Tract", according to the Official A~Iap thereof, filed in the office a:~ the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California; Januaxy 20, 1x90 i.n ~~ap Boak 1, Page 25; the~-tce S 00° 43' E along said centerline 649.44 ft. to the NE corner of a parcel of land as described as Parcel.2 in Deed of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California cor- poration, recorded November 6, 1959 in Bo ale 1026 of Butte County Official Records, at page 251.; said corner also being the true point of beginning for the parcel of land herein described; thence S 89 16 l/2' 1~' along the northerly boundary Line of said P. SECTION Z. This urgency ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage shall be published once kith the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting fox and against the same in the Oxaville b4ercury, a newspaper in general circulatia in the County of Butte, State of California. The facts constitutin the urgency on which this Ordinance is based are: 1, To protect the health, welfare and safety of the public.
