The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(R) of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSiFIEO POSITIONS

This ordinance shall take effect on December 6, 1960
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADAPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 4th day of November 1960, by
the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors Dolan, Mose~.ey, Whee~.er, Winsi;on and
Chairman Lemke
