The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section l that Section No. 34 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONEP, - PATROL. DIVISIOfJ 350-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
43 Deputy Sheriff
and addin thereto the follawin
9 9
Positions Classification Title
46 Deputy Sheriff
thereby changing the total from 66 to 69.
This ordinance shall take effect on December 6, 1980 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it
shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
of California.
