AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, A "AR-MH" {AGRICULTURAL RESIDENTIAL - MOBILE
HOME} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

3 -Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows.
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
g the County of Butte, State of California, shall be~~and it is hereby
g Toned as a "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home} District,
~ and such area shall. be subject to the restrictions and restricted
g uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Thermalito, more particularly described as
11 follows:
12 All that certain real property situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, described
13 as follows:
I,4 Blocks 108 and 119 of THERMALITO, according to
the Official Map thereof, filed in the office
15 of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of California, June $, 1887.

Containing 80 acres, more or less, Thermalito.

lg SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
lg declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty {30)
20 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
21 fifteen {15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
22 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
23 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
24 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
26 County of Butte, State of California, on the 4th day of Novemb
