AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A '"PA-C"' {PLANNED AREA
CLUSTER) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CI-IAPTER 24-29,
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
:al.~.fornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County

"ode of said Caunty DO ORDAIN as follows.
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated. in
5 ~~the County of Butte, State of Califarnia, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "PA-C" (Planned Area--Cluster) District, and such area
7 shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and re-
8 gulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-126.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County; Oroville, more particularly described as

12 All that certain real. property situate in the Caunty
of Butte, State of California, described as follows:

Being a portion of Lots 1, 2, ~, 5, 7, ~ 8 in
14 Block 7, as sho~m on that certain Map entitled
"Nlap of Villa Verona, Butte County, California",
15 which map was recorded in the a-ffice of the
Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
lg 3anuary I7, 1889 more particularly described as
follows:

Commencing at a paint on the N Iine of said Lot l
lg from which the NE corner of said Lot 1 bears E 105.87
ft., said point being the NE corn ex of the parcel of
19 land described in Deed to Oroville School District,
a Political Subdivision of the State of Califarnia,
20 recorded May 28, 1959 in Book 993 of Butte Caunty
Official records, at Page 377; thence S and parallel
21 to the E line of lots I and 8 to a point in the S
line of Lot $ from which point the SE corner of said
22 Lot 8 bears E 106.87 ft.; thence E along the 5 Iine
of said Lot 8, 7 Ix 6, a distance of 455 ft.; thence
23 N and parallel to the j~U boundary line of Lots 6 F 3
to a point in the N line of said Lot 3; thence~W
24 along the N Iine of Lots 1, 2, and 3 a distance of
455 ft. to the point of commencement.

to the centerline of the adjoining roads on the N ~

Containing 11.54 ages, more ox less, Orova e.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shalt be and it is hereby
ieclared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
lays after the date of its passage, and before the ex~airation of
uifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Raard of
supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville b~ercury, a
iewspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Cal ifarnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
county of Butte, State of California, on the 4th day of November
198Q, by the fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston. and Chairman

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
