AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "SR-1" (SUBUR~3AN
RESTDENTIAL) DISTRICT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-Z9.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as fallaws:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "SR-I" (Suburban Residential - 1 acre parcel) District
7 and such area sha11 be subject to the restrictions and restricted
$ uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-162.
g ~ Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows
~1 Lot 2Z of the North Graves Addition, per A4ap of
Record in the Office of the Butte County Retarder
12 in Boo~C I on Page ~ b ,
13 Containing Z.O5 acxes, more or less, Ghica.
T.4 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
15 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
lg days after the date of its passage, and bef are the expiration of
17 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
18 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
19 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
20 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the ~i
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 18th day of Novemb~
23 1980, by the fallowing vote:
