The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 34 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER - PATROL DIVISION 350-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
46 Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
49` Deputy Sheriff
thereby charging the ~t.otal from 59 to 72.
This ordinance shall take effect on January 3, 1981. ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passaGe,
it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25~h day of 1980, by
the following vote:
