The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:

Section 4 that Section ~Vo. 61 of Ordinance PJo. 2050 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - ROAD MAINTENAf~CE 530-025
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Maintenance Aide
and adding thereto the fo11o4ving:

thereby changing the total from 70 to 71.
This ordinance shall take effect on December 27, 1980 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
