AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF
THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

2 California DO ORDAIN as follows ~-
g SECTION 1. Section 24-21.33 of the Butte County Code is
4 hereby amended to read as fallaws:
5 X24-21.33 Parking space; An accessible and usable paved
6 or gravelled space on a building site located off the street, but
7 not occupying any part of any required front yard or in the side
S yard or the street side of a corner lot. Provided, however, if the
9 lot is within a subdivision which has dedicated sixty (60) feet
10 street improvements to County standards, the area beyond the dedi-
11 cated street area of thirty (30) feet of the fifty (50) foot setbac
12 may be considered as parking area,; provided it is accessible and
13 usable.
14 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
15 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {30)
16 days after the date of its passage, and before the expir-anon of
17 fifteen {l 5) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
18 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
19 Supervisors voting far and against 5.r:~ -:a::..~'newspapers of general
20 circulation published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 25th day of November
23 1980, by the following vote:
24 AYES: ~u.Pervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman
