AN INTERIM ORDINANCE 70NING A PORTION
OF THE COC~NTY DF BUTTE, STA'~~E OF CALIFORNIA
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECT70N 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is,hereby
6 zoned as an "M-2" (Heavy Industrial) llistrict, far a period of
7 one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall be subject to
S the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to
9 Butte County Cade Sec. ?.4117,
10 Said area. so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 area. of t3utte County, near Chico;~~more particularly described as
12 follows:

of Butte, State of California, described as follows:

All that portion of the S 1/2 of the STaI 1/4 of Seca 31
15 ~ ~ T22N, R2E, MDB~~M, mare particularly described. as follows:
16 Located noxth of the south right-~of~-way line of Fair
Street, east of the easterly right~of-way line of Country
17 Dxive and its sauther:ly extension and south and west of
the southwesterly .right-of~way line of State Highway 99

SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect

immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of f~.fteen
20
{15~ days after its passage sha11 be published once with the names

of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for a.nd against
22
2~ the same in the Chico Enterprise Retard a newspaper in general
circulation in the County of Butte, State of California. The factC
