Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "AR-A~1Ei" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 4 in "Thousand Oaks Subdivision No, 1", as Shawn an the Official Map thereof, filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, April 5, 195b in Book 22 of Maps, at pgs. 9 $ 1D; thence S 59° 33' E, along the N line of said Lot 4, a distance of 49 ft. to tale true point of beginning for the parcel of land herein described; thence S 59° 33' E, along the northerly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 70 .ft.; thence N 30° 36 1/2' E, a distance of 190 ft., more or less, to a point in the southerly line of t3~e Oroville-Wyandotte Road; thence N 43° 21' W, along the southerly line of said Oroville-Wyandotte Road, a distance of 70 ft., more or less, to a point that bears N 30° 36 1/2' E, from the true paint of begin- ning; thence S 30° 36 1/2' W, a distance of 215 ft., more or less, to the true point of beginning. Containing .3 acres, more or less, southeast of Oraville SECTION 2.
