Cal-ifornia,_under and pursuant to Chapter Z4-30 of the -Butte---County- 3 Gode, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows: 4 SECTTON 1. SECTION 2, This urgency Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same in the Croville Mercury, a newspaper in general circula- tion in the County of Butte, State of California, Tre facts con- stituting the urgency an which this gxdinance is based are: 1.
