AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF TkIE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "AR-NiH" (AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL-MOBILE HOME} DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2. Cal-ifornia,_under and pursuant to Chapter Z4-30 of the -Butte---County-
3 Gode, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential -- Mobile Home) District
7 for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area sha11
8 e subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
9 ursuant to Butte County Cade Section Z4-93.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 rea of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
12 ollaws:
13 All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte,' State of California, described as follows

PARCEL ONE: The W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
15 Sec. 25, T19N R4E MDB~M, lying southerly of the center-
line of the Oroville Bangor Highway, as the same
1B existed June 1, 1957.
17 EXCEPTTNG THEREFROM all that portion lying westerly of
the centerline of a 60 foot wide road reservation ti,=hich
18 said centerline is described as follows:
19 BEGTNNTNG at a point on the S line of said NE 1/4 which
bears N 89° 11' 31" E, 340.91 ft. from the SW corner of
20 the E 1/2 of said NE 1/4 of said Section; thence along
said centerline, 0° 26' 39" W, 658.38 ft.; thence N 18°
21 50' W, 189.99 ft.; thence N 59° 30' E, 69.25 ft.; thence
N 0° 26' 39" W, 596.73 ft. to the centerline of said
22 Oroville Bangor Highway and the end of said centerline.
23 ALSO .EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof
described as follows:

SECTION 2, This urgency Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Croville Mercury, a newspaper in general circula-
tion in the County of Butte, State of California, Tre facts con-
stituting the urgency an which this gxdinance is based are:
