AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF GALiFORNIA, AN "SR-1" (SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 -California, under and pursuant to Chapter Z4-29.of the Butte ..County..
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
6 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an "SR-L" (suburban Residentia3. - I acre parcel) District,
7 and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
g uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-L~2.
g Said area so zoned being Located in the unincorporated
lp area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows;
11 Lots L5 ~, 16 of the 'Znd Subdivision of the J. F.
Ender Ranch' per map of record on Page 2 of Book
12 8 of the Butte Gounty Recorder, T21N, R2E.
13 Containing 20 acres, more or less, south of Chico.
14 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
15 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
16 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
18 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
19 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
2U newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of Decembe
23 1980, by the following vote:
24 AYES: Supervisors Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman Lemke
25 NOES: Supervisor Dolan
26 ABSENT: None
