AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THF.
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF GALIPORNIA, AN "hI-I"
(LIGHT INDUSTRIAL} DISTRICT ~'i
~ ~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of ~~
2 California, under and pursuant to _Chapte~ Z4--30 of the Butte Gaunt-y.
3 Code, and declaring an emergenc)r, DO ORDAIN as follotas
4 SECTION ~.. The hereinafter described area situated in
~ the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an ,-M-1" (Light Industrial) District for a period of one
7 hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall be sub3ect to the
g estrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte
g County Gode Section 24-114.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 rea of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
12 Lat 3 of that parcel, map recorded in 1~4ap Book
70 on Pages 77 and 78 on file in the office of
13 the Butte County Recorder.
14 SECTION 2. This urgenc7r Ordinance shall take effect
15 immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
16 (15} days after its passage sha11 be published once iiTith the names
17 f the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
lg he same in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper in general cix-
19 ulation in the County of Butte, State of California. The facts
2p onstituting the urgency on which this Ordinance is based are:
