This ordinance shall take effect on January 17, 1981 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage,
it sha11 be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 16th day of December 1980,
by the following vote:
AYES:Superva.sors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chai7
