PARKING ORDINANCE - PARADISE JUSTICE
COURT AND MEMORIAL HALL COMPLEX

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
it of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Sect"ion 1. Parking in the Paradise Justice Court and
Memorial Hall Complex, including all County owned property but not
including adjacent Town of Paradise streets, is hereby limited to
~~ a two-hour duration.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works of the County
of Butte is hereby directed to place signs within the Justice
Court - Memorial Hal]. Complex, solely on County owned property,
which reflect that parking is limited to a two-hour period and
that the Sheriff of the County of Butte is authorized to remove
,any vehicles that are left over night at said complex, and the
signs referred to above shall also make reference to the fact that
vehicles left aver night will be towed away and the signs shall,
pursuant to law, state where the vehicles may be redeemed.
Section 3. Violation of the provisions of this ordinanc
is an infraction, subject to a fine not to exceed $loC.00. It
shall be the duty of the Sheriff of the County of Butte to enforce
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect
.thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be
published with.the names of the members voting for and against it
in the a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
