AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COiJNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH" (AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2~1-
The Board a:~ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, iirider and pursuant to ~Chapter_ 24_Z9 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential Mobile Home) District,
and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Oraville, more particularly described as
follows
All that certain real property situated in the
County of Butte, State of California described
as follows:
A portion of Lots 17 F, l8 of Subdivision No. Z
of the P. C. Drescher Tract according to the Official
Map thexeof, filed in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Butte, State of California, January
20, 1890 in Map Book 1, at page 25.
And a portion of Lots 9 ~ 10 of Subdivision No. 1
of the P. C. Drescher Tract according to the
Official Map thexeof, filed in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
May 3, 18$9 in A4ap Baok 1, at page 23.
And a portion of Section 34, T19N, R4E, MDB~M.
Containing 39.5 acres, more or less, southeast of Orovil:
SECTION 2. This ~'~Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {30)
days after the date of its passage,. and before the expiration of
fifteen (l 5} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
