The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of Cali.fo.rna,a,.._DO..ORDA~N' as follovas_
Section 1. That ~2-120 is heareby added to the Bu. to
County Code to read as follows:
~2-120. Grand Jurors shall receive twenty-four cents
(x.24} per mile, each way, traveled while on the business of the
Grand Jury or to attend meetings. Grand Jurors shall also
receive twenty dollars (20.00) a day per diem for each day iri
which they attend Grand Jury meetings.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
thirty C30} days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (157 days after its passage, it shah. be
published with the names of the members voting for and against
the same in the Oroville Mercury •, a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Super-
visors this 6th day of January, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke,' S,aracemi; :'.Wheeler. and Chairncan
Moseley
NOES : None
