The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 34 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the County
of Butte entitled SHERIFF~CORONER - PATROL DIVISION 350-002 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the foliowing:
Positions Classification Title
49 Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the foliowing:
Positions Classification Title
52 Deputy Sheriff
thereby changing the total from 72 to 75.
This ordinance shall take effect on February 14, 1981 ,
vrhich is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
