The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cala~forn,ia, ,under. and pursuant. to Chapter 24 -29 .o f. the Butte County
Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereb
zoned as a "TM-20" (Timber Mountain - 20 acre parcels) District, a
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-180.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated

area of Butte County, Forest Ranch,~mare particularly described as
follows:
Parcels 1, 2 $ 3 of the Parcel Map of Record an
Page 36 of Book b3 of the Butte County Recorder
all being located within Sec. 29 of T23N, R3E.
Containing 128:35 acres, more nr less,. southeast of
Forest Ranch.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

fifteen (1 S) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
