The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cali-forma, under and pursuant to Gllapter 2A--30 _of the Butte -Goun.ty-
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "PA-C" (Planned Area-Cluster) District for a period of
one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall. be subject to
the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to
Butte County Code Sec. 2~-126.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
urea of Butte County, south of Oroville, more particularly describ
as follows:
A11 of Black 104 of "E1 Medio Sub #1" per map
of record in Asap Baak 6 on Page 17 on file in
the office of the Butte County Recorder.
SECTION 2. This urgency Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and against
the same in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper in general circulation
in the County of Butte, State of California. The facts constituting
the urgency on which this Ordinance is based are:
1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the.
County of Butte, State of California, on the 13th day'of Janu~°
1981, by the fallowing vote:
