Cade, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as fo11o~,~s: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area s~.tuated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "AR-MH-S" (Agricultural Residential-h~abile dome - 5 acre parcels) District for a period of one hundred tt~renty {120) days, and such area shall, be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, southeast of.Oroville, more particularly clescrxbed as follo~tirs PARCEL ONE: The W 1/2 of the E I/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE l/4 of Sec. 26, Tl9N, R4E, MDB ~M. PARCEL T~S~D: The W 1/2 of the NW 1/~ of the SW l/4 of the SE 1/4, less that portion of the W 2 rods thereof as described in Deed from George W. Snyder to George H. Van Vliet, dated August 24, 1900 and recorded August 25, 1900, xn Book 52 of Deeds, at Page 261, records of Butte County, California, in Section 26, T19N, R4E, MDBF~TI. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN"AR-i~IH-5" DISTRICT. _. 'lie fol~:o~ving regulations --shall apply in an"AR-h~-I-S±_! District: {A) USES PERMITTED: 1. One single-family dwelling per parcel. Z. Mobile homes to house one family, when such mobile home is the only housing facility located an the prem~ ices, provided the following condition is conformed to: a. The grass area of the mobile home shall not be less than five hundred (500) square feet, 3. Accessary buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. 4. I;ivestock, subject to requirements as follows: j a. P~~inimum lot area to be devoted to residential use{~ shall not be less than five (5) acres. b. Exclusive of the area devoted to the residential use, the following lot or parcel areas shall be required far each animal raised ar kept an the premises: 1. Weterinary clinics, outpatient. 6. Nurseries and plant gardens. (C) LOT AREA REQUIRED: A4inimum lot area of a lot per dwelling unit shall be not less than five (5) acres. (D) LOT WIDTH REQUIRED: i~linimum lot width shall not be less than one hundred thirty (130) feet. (E} FRONT YARb REQUIRED: A~iinimum front yard sha11 be fifty (50) feet from the centerline of the road, except 15rhere the road is classified by the county as a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback recluixe- ment sha11 be fifty-five (55) feet from the centerline of the road. (F) SIDE AND REAR YARD REQUIRED: Minimum side or rear yaxd shall not be less than ten (10) feet. SECTION 3.
