The Board of Supervisors of the County of Suate, State
of California, DO ORDAIPl, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(B) of Ordinance No. 2060 of
the County of Butte entitled FOR CLASSES 4~ITH FLAT RATE
ASSIGNh1ENTS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the

****Safe Deposit Box Examiners shall receive a minimum of
2 hours pay for each assignment not to exceed 1 assignment

This ordinance shall take effect on Feb• 28, 1981 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and

shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
State of California.
