3 Section 1 that Section No. 34 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the County of
4 Butte entitled SHERIFF-COROPIER - PATROL DIVISION 350--002 is hereby amended
~ by deleting therefrom the following:
g Positions Classification Title
7 52 Deputy Sheriff
g and adding thereto the following:
g Positions Classification Title
lp 55 Deputy Sheriff
~~ thereby changing the total from 75 to 78.
12 This ordinance shall take effect on March 14, 1981 ,
l3 which is beyond 30 days a~Fter the date of its adoption, and before the
` 1.4 expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published in
~~ a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
