AN INTERIM ORDINANCE 20NING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "RT-1" (MINIMUM DENSITY RESiDENTIAL-
MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Ca-l ifornia, under-and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of -the Butt e._ County{.. _ _.
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
!the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "RT-1" (Minimum Density Residential-Mobile Home] Distri t,
for a period of one hundred twenty (120} days, and such area shall
be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations ~
pursuant to Butte County Gode Sec. 24-150.
Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte Gounty, Ghico, more particularly described as follows
Parcel 2, as shown on that certain Parcel Map
retarded in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California on October
17, 1980 in Book 79 of Parcel Maps, at pages 37
and 38.
SECTION 2. This urgency Ordinance shad take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15} days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper in general
circulation in the County of Butte, State of California. The fact
constituting the urgency on which this Ordinance is based is:

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California., on the 3rd day of February,
1951, by the following vote:
