Z 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 s 10 11 i 12 13 14 1~ 1S 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Galforn~:a, under and _pursuant- to Chapter _24._29 of the Butte County -._ Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in t13e County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "SR-1" (Suburban Residential - 1 acre parcels) District and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-162. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows A11 that certain zeal property situate in the County of Butte, State of California described as follows: A portion of the Escluon Rancho and a portion of Allotment No. 72 as shown on that certain map entitled "Subdivisional Plan of the Durham State Land Settlement being Lot No. 4 of R. j~I. Durham Estate, including the C. F. Lott Ranch, being a portion of the I~squon Ranch situated near Durham, Butte County, California", which map was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of said Butte County on February 12, I.S19 in Volume 8 of Nlaps at Pages 23 and 24 and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the intersection of the Easterly line of Lott Road and the southerly line of allotment 70 as shown on said Subdivisional Plan of the Durham State Land Settlement; thence from said point of beginnin and along the southerly line of said allotment 70 S 78° 36' E 435.60 ft.; thence S 0° 36' E and parallel with the easterly Line of Lott Road 500.00 ft.; thence S 78° 36' E and parallel with the southerly line of said Allotment 70, 67.00 ft.; thence S 0° 36' E and parallel with the .easterly line of Lott Road 443.00 ft. to the northerly line of said Allotment No. 72~; thence along sal northerly line N 7&° 3b` S~ 28.40 f t.; thence S 0° 36' E and parallel with the easterly line of Lott Rd. 102b.b0 ft, to the southerly life of said Allotment 72; thence along said southerly line N 78° 33' ~V 474.20 ft. to the easterly line of Lott Rd., thence along said easterly line N 0° 36' W 1969.22 ft, to the point of beginning. -1- ~' ~I i~ ~ ~ Containing 20,9 acres more or less, Durham. 2 _. _.__...
