AN "M-1" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Californ.za- under-and pursuant to- Chapter 24-3fl of the-Butte County
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1, The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shad. be and it is hereby
zoned as an "A4-1" (Light Industrial) District for a p eriod of one
(1) year, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Sec.
24-114.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Biggs, more particularly described as follows;
Lots 49, SO and "N" of "Ditzler Tract #2" per
map of record in Map Book 7 on Page 80 on file
in the office of the Butte County Recorder,
excepting therefrom the southerly 230.39 ft.,
measured parallel with the east right-of-way
line of the Southern Pacific Railroad, of the
westerly 3b5.93 ft., measured parallel with the
south line of said Lot N.
SECTION 2. This urgency Ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Biggs News, a newspaper in general circulation in
the County of Butte, State of California. The fact constituting
the urgency an which this Ordinance is based is: ~.
1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
public.
