The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, D0 ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance No. 2060 of
the County of Butte entitled FOR CLASSES WITH RANGE ASSIGNMENTS
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Salary Class

25.5 1414 Justice System Coordinator
and adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 4(C) of Ordinance No. 2060 of
the County of Butte entitled FOR ELECTIVE OFFICERS WITH FLAT RATE
ASSIGNMENTS SET BY STATUTE is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

Section 6 that Section No. 73 of Ordinance No. 2060 of

97g-001 be added as follows:
