BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "R-2" (DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,. under...and.pursuant to Ghapt.er 2.4_-29 of.t.he.Butte. County 1~
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby ~
;zoned as an ':'R-2" (Duplex Residential) District, and such area shall'
be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-138.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte Gounty, Thermalito,.more particularly described as
11 follows:
12 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 17, 18, 19, F 20, and the
northerly 93 feet of Lots 21 and 22, in Block 50,
13 according to that certain map entitled, "Map of
Thermalito, Butte Gounty, California", which Map
14 was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, June S, 1887,
15 and the N 1/2 of Yolo Avenue {heretofore abandoned)
lying southerly of and adjacent to said Lots 17,
Z6 18, 19 ~ 20, and the southerly ZO feet of Yuba Avenue
[heretofore abandoned) lying northerly of said Lots
17 1, 2, 3, 4, ~ 5, and the northerly 1/2 of the alley
(heretofore abandoned} lying in said Block 50 lying
~g southerly of and adjacent to said Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
F 5, and the southerly 1/2 of said alley lying
lg northerly of and adjacent to said Lots 17, 18, 19,
20, Zl f, 22.

Containing 2.16 acres, more or less, Thermalito.

22 SECTION 2. This Orda.~.an.ce shall be and it is hereby
23 declared to. be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
24 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
2S fifteen (15] days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
2g published once with'the names of the members of the Board of
