AN INTERIh1 ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH" (AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL-MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisars of the County of Butte, State of
Ca-l ifornxa,-under and pursuant-to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte County
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAINT as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State o:F California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an. "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile I-come) District,
for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall
be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
9 pursuant to Butte County Code Sec, 24-93.

21 SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
22 'mmediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
~3 (1S) days after .its passage shall be published once ~vith the names
