The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of

Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
he County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
oned as an "FR-~.O"{Foothill Recreational -l0 acre parcels) District
such area shall. be subject to the restrictions and restricted
ses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-112.2.
Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated
