The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1 tha t Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance No. 2060 of

is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall. take effect on April 25, 1981 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fa.fteen (15} days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 2~th day of March , 1981,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Lemke, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Saraceni
NOT VOTING: None
