The hereinafter described area situated in 'the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby g',zoned as an "A•I-2" (Heavy Industrial) District, for a period of eight ry (8) months, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and g restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Sec.
