AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER Z4 OP THE BUTTE
COUNTY CODE ADDING SECTION 24-201 (DAY CARE
FACILITIES)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
',California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
3 SECTION 1. Section 24-201 of the Butte County Code is
4;hereby added to read as follows:
5` g24-201. Day Care Facilities.
g': Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this
7 Chapter, Day Care Facilities for up to six (6) children are allowed
g''in all zones which allow residential uses. In addition, Day Care
g, Facilities for mare than six (6) but not more than twelve (12)
lp'children shall require a Use Permit in each case,
I1' SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
12 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
l3 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
14'~fifteen (1 S} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall. be
l~ published once with the names of the members of the Board of
~6 ; Supervisors Voting for and against it in .the Chico Enterprise Record , a
17 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

1~9 County of Butte, State of California, an the 24th day of March
